Jenny Donaldson, LGS HR Business Partner will present an overview of LGS Innovations and discuss the LGS approach to staffing.

Jenny is an HR Professional who has worked in a variety of industries including retail, restaurant, automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, data storage and communication. She is currently an HR Business Partner for LGS Innovations in supporting business units in Colorado, Illinois and New Jersey.

LGS is the successor to the former Lucent and Alcatel Government Solutions business and a select team of Bell Lab researchers. LGS began operations January 1, 2007 as an independent and wholly owned subsidiary of Alcatel-Lucent with over 600 employees worldwide. LGS is located in Westminster CO.
